Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
2 cups of sugar (1/2 a cup of that needs to be brown sugar)
1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of chopped macadamia nuts
1 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
Process:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Step 2: In a bowl/electric mixer, mix both sugars and butter
Step 3: After it is well mixed, add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix again
Step 4: After everything is well mixed, add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt)
Step 5: Mix everything very well, then add the chopped macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips
Step 6: Get a nonstick baking sheet and spray non-stick spray or line with parchment paper
Step 7: Drop round pieces of dough (tablespoon) a couple of inches apart all around the baking sheet (you can use an ice-cream scoop for perfect, even circles
Step 8: Bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes and let it cool on a cooling rack
Step 9: Serve and ENJOY!
